Shelter & adoption may be verified before discount applied. Diagnostic exam extra. One coupon per household. For multiple pets, all exams must be within 1 week of first visit. Not redeemable with any other offer. Must be either spayed/ neutered, or under 9 months old. Cats and Dogs Only. Not valid for Rabies observations. No-contact no-shows voids future redemption. Offer may be changed or withdrawn with no notice.
